Exterior doors in obvious disrepair, with significant peeling or structural damage
Exposed wood left unpainted or unsealed across a visible, substantial area
Exterior lighting installed beyond permitted baseline without ARC approval
Holiday or seasonal decorations remaining up well beyond a reasonable seasonal period
